Employment Contract

Key points from your contract as you transition out of our company, including relocation subsidy, confidentiality, termination conditions, and compliance with company rules. It aims to guide you through a well-informed and smooth off-boarding process

Letter of Resignation

The resignation letter is your first step. If you haven't completed it yet, coordinate with your manager. This requirement applies to all Faculty Employees resigning Our aim is to ensure a transparent and smooth transition for you.

Housing is conditional on certain responsibilities, including taking care of all rent and utility payments, and specific procedures upon termination of the agreement. Understanding these terms helps ensure a smooth transition into your new home, and we're here to support you every step of the wa

​Different scenarios call for different severance documents. We understand that each employee's situation is unique, and thus, the documents required will vary. Your Groupware and eHR accounts will be deactivated ahead of your resignation. Here are the steps you need to take to ensure a seamless transition

Final Pay (Prorated)

Closing the chapter with clarity: Your final month's compensation will be prorated to accurately reflect the days you've worked. Navigate your transition with full understanding of your last paycheck's calculation.
